Aditi Mali, the creative force behind the popular webcomic series goodbadcomics shared with us her journey into the world of illustration and comic creation. Growing up, drawing was always a part of her life, but it wasn’t until later that she realized she could turn it into a career. Drawing has always been a part of my life growing up, but I never really thought about making a career out of it; it sort of just happened on its own she explained. It still seems unreal at times. What motivates her to continue creating is the freedom to explore her passions and express herself through her work. What inspires me to keep going is simply the fact that I get to do what I want to do talk about things I’m passionate about make new characters hide behind my characters, and tell my story through my stories. Her ability to blend humor creativity and personal reflection has garnered her a loyal following and it’s clear that Aditi’s comics resonate with those who appreciate her unique style and voice.
