At the time, I was in a relationship so I thought it would be fun to create a comic about the daily life of my boyfriend now husband, and me. We both have very different careers I’m an artist and he’s a software engineer. I thought this contrast could lead to some funny moments so I named us IT Guy & Art Girl. I mostly draw inspiration from our interactions and turn those into comics. After working on this webcomic for a while there are times when something funny happens and IT Guy will suggest You should turn that into a comic.
